This anime passes all three criteria in episode 1. The conversations are not frequent or non-trivial though.

Not expecting much from an old Gundam and predictably the female characters weren’t great. Pretty much just decoration for the male pilots. At least the engineer was challenging some female stereotypes but she too ended up having a lame romance arc.
