This anime passes the first criterion in episode 1, and the second and third in episode 8. The conversations are not frequent or non-trivial though.

It took a while before an actual female-female conversation happened, but it did! Considering that there are overall more females in the cast that’s not that impressive though. At least the girls get some interesting roles – a body builder, a mass murderer and a detective. Not a great show, unless you really like the ‘people get killed off one by one’ trope.
