This anime passes the first and second criteria in episode 1, and the third in episode 6. The conversations are not frequent or non-trivial though.
  1. Are there two named female characters?
  2. Who have a conversation?
  3. Not about men?
  4. Does this happen frequently?
  5. Is the conversation non-trivial?

It really looked like there were going to be two female protagonists or at least an important female antagonist to have some quality conversations, but the second girl wasn’t even that important in the end. That’s what that totally inappropriate ending song suggested. Why did they do that???? This show didn’t even really have any fan service other than in that ending. I am just so mad. Such a waste. At least both of the women were capable and badass. Oftentimes more so than all or most of the dudes. It’s only a pity that Juri only got her powers because some asswipes were trying to rape her. Why is it always rape? 

 

Either way, this show finally answered the question we’ve all been asking:
